About the Role

BrainStation is the global leader in digital skills training and is powered by a suite of digital products that are designed and developed in-house by our world-class team, including our marketing website, learning management system, and internal business ops platform. As an Associate Product Manager, you will work cross-functionally with BrainStation’s software developers, designers, marketers, etc. and support senior team members on digital initiatives. Associate Product Managers must feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess an action-oriented mindset that allows them to tackle a variety of different tasks in supporting a product from conception through to launch. 


  • Participate in the discovery and ideation of digital initiatives across the BrainStation organization. 
  • Collaborate with designers, software developers, and other teams within BrainStation.
  • Support user research and document insights to inform digital initiatives. 
  • Support the creation of requirements that enable design and development teams to move quickly and effectively. 
  • Participate in quality assurance testing of developed solutions to ensure requirements have been met and to maintain the operational excellence of the organization.
  • Maintain deep industry knowledge and stay up-to-date with digital trends.
  • Be the internal voice of BrainStation’s digital infrastructure to other teams.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience delivering digital solutions and collaborating with teams of designers and developers. Experience in user experience design and/or software development is an asset.
  • A genuine excitement for solving business problems with software and technology.
  • A proven passion for all things tech (UX, Development, Business).
  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to break down ideas to be shared with designers, software developers, and others.
  • Demonstrated interest in learning and personal development.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A bias towards action and an eagerness to tackle challenges. An ideal candidate is versatile and not afraid to get their hands dirty, whether it’s writing marketing copy, creating wireframes, building out test plans, or more.
