Are you a people leader in your organization? Someone that is passionate about continuous learning? Or curious about what leading companies in Vancouver are doing to strengthen their employee engagement?  Join us for a panel discussion ft. HR & Learning experts to explore the topic of continuous learning in the workplace.

Best selling author Peter Senge defines a learning organization as a place "where people continually expand their capacity to create the results they truly desire, where new and expansive patterns of thinking are nurtured and where people are continually learning how to learn together.”  In a time where the demands of the workplace are ever increasing, and employee engagement is continuously wavering, how can we better equip ourselves to ensure we are creating strong cultures of learning? Whether it's hardskills or softskills, our panel will explore opinions and best practices that are facilitating the creation of learning organizations.
