Aaron is the CEO and Co-Founder of Taplytics (YC W14). Taplytics is a Y-Combinator backed platform that helps brands build delightful, engaging experiences that span seamlessly across web, TV and mobile apps.
Before Taplytics, he was a strategy consultant at ZS Associates. A graduate of the MBA program at the Rotman School of Management, Aaron majored in Corporate Strategy. Prior to completing his MBA, Aaron worked as a management consultant at Accenture.

Engineering Director, Digital Payments & eCommerce Development
Karim is a digital payments and mobile banking expert. His passion for payments started with an initial focus on mobile payments. He led the development and delivery of CIBC’s NFC-based mobile payments TSM solution, and suretap, the first Canadian open mobile wallet. Continuing his journey in the digital space he lead the digital payments development teams at Scotiabank’s Digital Factory focusing on delivering innovative solutions for mobile, eCommerce and peer-to-peer payments solutions.
Sr. Director, Product
As Sr. Director of Product at Loblaw Digital, Aziz leads three talented teams: Product Management, Product Design, and Digital Analytics. From Online Grocery Shopping, to prestige beauty at beautyBoutique.ca, and apparel at JoeFresh.com Aziz operates the e-commerce businesses for some of Canada’s most loved brands. Beyond e-Commerce and into healthcare, Aziz has also built Shoppers Drug Mart Online Pharmacy, enabling customers to easily manage their family medical prescription needs. Most recently, Aziz launched PC Optimum which brought together PC Plus and Shoppers Optimum, two of Canada’s top loyalty programs. The list grows as we continue to bring more of Canada’s largest retailer online!
Prior to Loblaw Digital, Aziz was on the executive team at Xtreme Labs, where he built mobile apps for some of the world’s top companies. In 2013, Xtreme Labs was acquired by Pivotal Labs.
As Marketing Director, Aash is responsible for all media planning and purchasing, collaborating closely with the Endy creative team for all executions, including direct mail, out-of-home campaigns, customer communications, and retail partnerships.Prior to joining Endy, Aashish held a leadership role in digital marketing and retail project management at Torstar. Passionate about brand building and marketing strategy, Aashish takes a digital-first approach to traditional retail products.
Starting her career in the Fashion Office at Holt Renfrew, Mackenzie learned how to predict trends under Fashion Director, Barbara Atkin. She later went on to work with Alexandra Weston on Holt’s H-Project charitable initiatives. In 2013 she moved to New York to work as Brand Director at luxury creative agency, Watson & Co. Here she worked to lead branding on projects for such clients as The Four Seasons, Julian Schnabel and The Dean Hotel.
In 2015, Mackenzie moved back to Toronto to start Kotn with her husband Ben and their best friend Rami. At Kotn she leads creative and product. Mackenzie and her two co-founders were recipients of this year’s Forbes 30 under 30 award in the retail sector.
