Product Management 101 will provide you with a basic understanding of a Product Manager's roles, processes and essential skills. You will gain insight into how they use this skill-set to work independently and integrate with digital teams. We'll also review major components that guide the daily responsibilities a Product Manager–and how the role differs from that of a Project Manager.
The workshop will close with a hands-on exercise around Minimum Viable Product (MVP) identification and its role in Product Development.

Prior to TD Bank, he was a product manager at Rogers Communications, where he played a key role in defining the strategy for their enterprise cloud offering and managed a portfolio of data centre and cloud products.
