Justin Kozuch of Pixel to Product took the stage at the Mesh Conference this morning to report in on his 52-page report on the state of the Canadian Digital Media Economy. For the National Post subscribers in the crowd, the results were old news thanks to a front page story by Matt Hartley in today’s National Post.
Kozuch’s Pixel to Product was awarded a $40,000 research grant from digital experience agency Teehan Lax at last year’s Mesh Conference to conduct the survey. The results of the survey, which polled more than 200 Canadian companies and 1,050 individuals during the past seven months, are now available online.
While many of the findings may seem obvious to the casual observer, the report represents the most complete snapshot to date of the Canada’s digital media economy.
