Today Canpages, based in Vancouver, announced the creation of ImmersiFind, a new division to license it’s local search platform. The platform includes local content, map views, mobile interfaces, SMS functionality, and social media widgets. Local news, traffic and weather are also part of the platform, going beyond traditional directory functions.
