DemoCamp arives in Montreal in full force!

DemoCamp is coming to Montreal, on December 2nd!  Join serial blogger and Microsoft evangelist Joey DeVilla, along with Alex Kovalenko founder of Kovasys and learn about the options available to readily bring momentum to your career in the most effective way possible.

A dwindling economy does not mean a lack of exciting career opportunities. These are the times where thinking beyond scope and past the boundaries is optimal and important for overall career and personal development.

Geared towards web developers and those individuals vying to strengthen their burgeoning start ups, organizers Jean-Luc Sans Cartier and Yann Larrivee  are always on the lookout for speakers that can talk to some really innovative and interesting applications.

You may be asking yourself what Demo Camp really is – For all intensive purposes, it’s:

A series of 6-8 presentations that are like “Show and tell” for the developer community. The demo can be of your software, web application or project in action. It’s the only thing you’re allowed to show on the big screen — no slides allowed! The idea is for you to show off your technology in action and inspire us, not really a sales pitch.

The event schedule will comprise of an introductory career workshop, sessions by Alex Kovalenko and Joey DeVilla, DemoCamp presentations and a highly valuable networking session.

I’ve just been informed that free pizza may be readily available at the event, so if there was ever a doubt about whether or not to stop by, the added incentive just became a little clearer!
