Dot.com survivor Domain7 flourishes and prospers

Founded in 1997, Domain7 can hardly be called a start up or an up-and-comer. But while many of its contemporaries have since floundered and vanished, Domain7 has grown, providing internet solutions for clients as diverse as MTV, Envision Financial and Eagle West Cranes.

Domain7 can add another feather to its cap now that company owner and founder Shawn Neumann has been named one of Business in Vancouver’s 2008 “Top 40 under 40“. With a 40 percent year-over year growth rate since 2004, it’s not surprising that Neumann (age 35) was singled out as one of BC’s tech leaders. Recent successes also include Yurbook.com, a website that allows students, teachers and parents to share school photos in a sage, secure environment.
