Google’s Avinash Kaushik added as Keynote at eMetrics Summit

Next month two conferences targeting search marketing executives are coming to Toronto – the eMetrics Marketing Optimization Summit and Search Marketing Expo Toronto.

Conveniently co-located at the Delta Chelsea Hotel, the conferences will attract search professionals and marketers from across Canada.

The organizers of the eMetrics Summit announced yesterday that Google’s Avinash Kaushik, author of Web Analytics 2.0 and Web Analytics An Hour a Day, has been added as a Keynote speaker.

Kaushik will be speaking on Thursday April 8th at 8:30 am and the audience is bound to be entertained, inspired and educated with his Social & Search: Rock Both Worlds with Data! presentation.

You should do search because it is the thing to do. You should do social because… come on it is social! Heard that? Here’s the truth, you should do either or both because your data says that it is a path to creating happy customers and a happy company bottom-line. In this session Avinash shares specific strategies you can use to truly measure what impact your search and social strategies are having. How to avoid the cute, how to focus on the truly important, and how to use qualitative and quantitative approaches to change your business practices. Be prepared to leave with ideas you can action.

The eMetrics Summit and pre-conference workshops (register) run from April 6th to 9th and SMX Toronto (register) takes place on April 8th and 9th.
