Montreal’s GuestDriven, a hospitality mobile solution provider that enables brands to personalize their customer experience, announced recently that they have signed a partnership with Design Hotels, allowing its network of 270 independent hotels to take advantage of the Canadian company’s revenue-driving mobile platform.
“GuestDriven provides a unique and well-designed platform and we believe it will provide our member hotels additional value by enhancing their overall customer experience,” said Claus Sendlinger, CEO of Design Hotels.
While guests benefit from the convenience of a mobile platform that allows them to easily reserve rooms, check in early, and receive upgrades and special offers via their mobile device, the hotels are given valuable guest information that can be used to personalize guest experiences based on location, behaviours, preferences, and social media profiles.
Through this partnership, Design Hotels members will have the opportunity to provide guests with personalized guest experiences, pre-arrival check in features, and access to amenities, all of which have been shown to increase hotel revenue by current implementations of the platform.
“For us, this was an obvious partnership, given the synergy between the two companies,” said Anthony Zebrowski-Rubin, CEO of GuestDriven, a Techvibes 20 company. “The aim of these two companies is to provide guests with unforgettable experiences, while giving boutique hotels the means to reach their customers and further monetize each guest stay.”
“We have had great success with implementations in Design Hotels ‘lab hotel’ properties, and look forward to providing each of their members with the same success,” he added.
Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Montreal, GuestDriven has implementations in over 60 cities and more than 215 properties.
