Vancouver-based Indicee, a cloud business intelligence platform for business users, this morning announced it has launched Indicee Analytics for Sales and Chatter on Salesforce’s App Exchange, which it says will empower businesses to connect with customers, partners and employees “in entirely new ways.”
According to the company, the new analytics app provides companies with insight into how activity in Salesforce Chatter is impacting sales key performance indicators such as average order values, win rates, and time-to-close rates.
