Toronto’s Influitive has acquired local startup Triggerfox, a mobile relationship management application.
“Engaging mobile products are now as important to B2B companies as they are to consumers. By more than doubling our mobile talent, we can accelerate our mobile experience efforts and unlock opportunities to innovate in the mobile space for our customers and their advocates,” says Mark Organ, CEO of Influitive.
“Influitive’s work to expand the advocate marketing category is ambitious and exciting. We are thrilled to join the team and help Influitive advance their development of mobile technology and solutions for sales professionals,” says Triggerfox founder Frank Falcone.
Earlier this month Influitive acquired Ironark Software—the company behind mobile applications Hub, a home and family organizer, and Workbase, a business task and schedule manager—after raising $8 million from new investors Leaders Fund and Export Development Canada (EDC), returning investors including Georgian Partners, Relay Ventures, BDC Capital IT Venture Fund and OurCrowd, as well as several angel investors.
