New York-headquartered and TSX-traded iPerceptions Inc. announced last week that it has raised $3.65 million in capital from investors Skuli Mogensen and Telesystem Ltd. The customer analytics software provider will use the investment to continue to expand into new global markets and reach new customers through focused sales and marketing initiatives for its enterprise offerings.
Both investors bring a proven track record in identifying high-growth businesses. Skuli Mogensen was most recently founder and CEO of Montreal’s Oz Communications, a mobile email and instant messaging provider that was acquired by Nokia in September. Canadian-based Telesystem Ltd. is a private company that focuses on profit-oriented growth enterprises in the digital economy.
