How does a yellow screen and no reception sound for the hottest new smartphone on the market?
Not so hot.
It’s been reported across the internet that the iPhone has blotches of tinted yellow on screen corners, or along the bottom. What’s worse, the metal sides along the iPhone’s outer shell, which act as antennas for reception, are apparently flawed in their sensitivity: covering them with your hands, which occurs naturally if you handle the iPhone sideways, can cut off your reception.
These issues are critical enough that recalls may be necessary, particularly if the reception problem is device-based, which is probable.
The iPhone 4, thus far, is one rotten Apple.
