Jive Software, currently #7 on Techvibes’ Portland Start-up Index, has announced that they will be retiring their current “bullhorn” and logotype for a corporate identity that more accurately reflects the image they would like to portray.
“The ‘Bullhorn’ didn’t represent collaboration as much as it did an individual voice,” said Sam Lawrence, Jive’s Chief Marketing Officer, in a blog post announcing the impending change. “And it certainly didn’t match the new product logos and corporate identity.”
Jive has already updated their Web site to reflect the new identity. Watch for the mark to roll out elsewhere in the coming weeks.
