KPMG acquires Montreal’s Ledjit Consulting

KPMG announced today that it has acquired e-Discovery and Information Management firm Ledjit Consulting.

With the acquisition, KPMG becomes Canada’s first accounting firm to offer all of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).  Ledjit’s client base which includes a variety of multi-national corporations will benefit from KPMG’s depth and breadth of Advisory knowledge and skills.
