MediaMiser today announced the City of Ottawa has selected MediaMiser Enterprise Plus, a turnkey media monitoring and media analysis service, to scan local, regional and national media for news about the municipality.
Ottawa-based MediaMiser will monitor print, online, broadcast and social media channels in real-time, and deliver customized daily media briefings to the mayor, city council and key stakeholders, along with performing periodic media analysis.
With MediaMiser’s Enterprise software and its professional services team, the City of Ottawa will gather mentions of municipal issues in the media, from national newspapers to community weeklies to Twitter.
