Canada’s National Angel Capital Organization (NACO) is hosting the 2009 National Angel Summit next week in Toronto. The Summit is the premier networking and educational event for Angels in Canada and creates an atmosphere for discussion and exchange.
Individuals and groups interested in providing seed, early-stage, and expansion capital to entrepreneurial ventures should consider attending. This includes members of organized Angel organizations, individual Angels, prospective Angels, and early-stage investment firms.
Among the strong presenter lineup is Dave McClure – Manager of FF Angel and fbFund REV Incubator Program. McClure has been geeking out in Silicon Valley for over twenty years as a software developer, entrepreneur, startup advisor, angel investor, blogger, and internet marketing nerd. Dave currently runs FF Angel, a seed-stage investment program for Founders Fund, and also manages the fbFund REV incubator program on behalf of Facebook, Accel Partners, and Founders Fund.
The 2009 National Angel Summit is from 6 pm on October 14th until the wee hours of October 15th at the Hilton Toronto. Register online for a discounted admission.
