NAVTEQ hosts Location Based Apps seminar in Toronto

Vancouver’s Wavefront along with NAVTEQ are hosting a breakfast seminar in Toronto on December 2nd titled How to Drive Development and Visibility of Your Innovative Location Based Apps. Don’t miss the opportunity to hear Tom Tierney, Developer Alliance Manager at NAVTEQ describe how mobile developers are creating memorable and creative location based apps utilizing rich maps, slick tools, location-relevant content and an impressive library of APIs well-suited for mobile advertising, traffic, weather and pedestrian solutions.

Tierney will preview the great LBS resources available with NAVTEQ Network for Developers (NN4D) and explore the benefits of participating in the NAVTEQ Global LBS Challenge – the premier competition for innovative location developers running their apps on the web, and mobile and wireless devices.

The free seminar will be held on Wedneday, December 2nd at the Sutton Place Hotel from 8:00am – 10:30am. Pre-registration is required as seating is limited.
