NowPublic and Shozu take citizen journalism mobile

Vancouver firm NowPublic, the biggest participatory news network in the world, has just announced a new partnership with ShoZu, the mobile social media provider. The partnership is designed to allow citizen journalists to send photos and video directly from their mobile phones to NowPublic using the Shozu service, with NowPublic listed as a destination on Shozu’s mobile application and its website catalog. Shozu already allows for mobile updates to such services as Facebook, Youtube, Flickr, Blogger and Twitter.
