Canadian leader in wireless communications, RIM is traditionally best known for its business applications phones catering to more serious professional users. But to keep pace with popular socially savvy Smartphone models like Iphone and Droid, RIM has had to make an effort to increase its appeal to a younger, more hip crowd.
In that mode, RIM has today come out with Blackberry Media Sync 3.0, a new version of its BlackBerry Media Sync app. Media Sync as the name suggests lets users to sync music from your Windows Media Player or even iTunes and pictures from another device to your phone. You can edit pics before uploading from your PC to your blackberry and get automatic alerts for importing when your phone is hooked to the PC. As with the previous versions, you can create customized music playlists and makes sure you still have enough free memory to play around with.
BlackBerry Media Sync 3.0 is available for PC and Mac via BlackBerry Desktop Manager will be available for download beginning at www.blackberry.com/mediasync.
