Starting a Digital Media or Gaming Company? Work and Collaborate in George Brown College’s Incubator

Toronto’s George Brown College launched their Digital Media and Gaming Incubator last summer, and they are now currently accepting applications for their office and hot desk spaces. The incubator offers nine individual private office spaces to small and emerging companies and there are nineteen hot desks available for freelancers and sole propietors.

The college is looking for unique, vibrant and motivated companies to join the incubator in creating a space that will help foster growth, encourage collaboration and contribute positively to Ontario’s digital media and gaming sectors.  Office units go for $1,000 per month on a one-year lease for up to three people, which includes six hours of meeting room space a month and private kitchen access with internet and phone.

HotDesks are $250 a month. With those, you get two hours of meeting room space per month and private kitchen access with internet and phone.

There is also a spring promotion where you can try out a HotDesk for one week, rent an office for six months and get one month free, or rent an office for a year and get two months free. You can check out the website here. Space is limited. The incubator is located at 333 King Street East in Toronto.
