Toronto’s FabFind launches in Montreal, plans expansion in B.C and Alberta

Toronto’s social commerce site has officially launched in Montreal.

What exactly is FabFind? It’s a site that offers shoppers access to carefully selected shopping, dining, hospitality, and event experiences. Designed to match local businesses with an urban membership, the site explores the city to find the hippest treasures and hidden gems for discerning members – and unlike group buying sites, which rely on bulk couponing, FabFind’s “emphasis is on quality with exclusive, limited quantity, local deals each day.”

“Limited and local are the key words here,” says Marc O Benattar, President of FabFind Montreal. “Montreal is an amazingly vibrant and stylish city with a lot to discover. Our team lives here and yet the discovery process never seems to end. We want to share great finds with our customers and there’s no better way to do that than a week of free deals. People need to grab these before they’re gone; they won’t last forever.”

Members are encouraged to share offers with friends and family via a “Save-it-forward” incentive program that monetizes social networks. 

Already established in Toronto and now Montreal, plans to expands to Vancouver, Ottawa, Calgary and Edmonton this summer.
