Yaletown Venture Partners gets Constructive

Vancouver’s Constructive announced today that Yaletown Venture Partners has taken an investment position in the company. With the investment from Yaletown and three additions to Constructive’s board of directors, the company will continue to build its online platform for partner community development.

Joining Constructive’s Haig Farris (Co-founder of Ventures West) is Yaletown’s Steven Hnatiuk, Business Objects’ Janet Wood, and Executive Chair Laurie Wallace. Wallace is a past executive of PMC-Sierra and best known as a serial entrepreneur who has launched and led two successful technology companies in the digital media and wireless industries.
