AdParlor currently manages over one billion impressions per day on Facebook and is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.techvibes.com\/blog\/torontos-adparlor-to-exclusively-manage-groupons-ads-on-facebook-2011-04-15\">exclusively responsible for Groupon&#8217;s ads on Facebook<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This acquistion is Adknowledge&#8217;s second venture north of the border &#8211; they <a href=\"http:\/\/www.techvibes.com\/blog\/super-rewards-acquisition-may-have-hit-50-million\">acquired Vancouver&#8217;s Super Rewards<\/a> in July of 2009 for a reported $50 Million.<\/p>\n<p><!-- pagebreak --><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are excited to provide our existing advertiser community access to the most advanced platform to purchase advertising within Facebook,&#8221; said Scott Lynn, CEO, Adknowledge. &#8220;AdParlor has consistently proven to be the leading company to help large Facebook advertisers more effectively optimize their ad spend.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;As the Facebook Ads economy continues to grow, we were looking for a way to accelerate our business,&#8221; said Hussein Fazal, co-founder and CEO, AdParlor. &#8220;Adknowledge will give us the resources to scale up our service and quickly expand into new markets.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>AdParlor will continue to operate from their headquarters in Toronto and the entire team will stay on and continue to provide both full-service managed Facebook advertising solutions and self-service Facebook advertising solutions.<\/p>\n<p>AdParlor was co-founded by CEO Fazal and CTO Kristaps Ronka who <a href=\"http:\/\/www.techvibes.com\/blog\/quitting-jobs-dropping-out-of-school-its-worked-for-the-founders-of-torontos-adparlor-2011-06-27\">dropped out of university<\/a> to found the company and later were named to Inc.com&#8217;s 2011 30 Under 30 List.<\/p>\n<p>In August Techvibes got a chance to sit down with Fazal after his presentation at the GROW 2011 Conference in Vancouver to talk about being a young Canadian entrepreneur.<\/p>\n<p><object data=\"http:\/\/vimeo.com\/moogaloop.swf?clip_id=28227046&amp;server=vimeo.com&amp;show_title=0&amp;show_byline=0&amp;show_portrait=0&amp;color=ff9933&amp;fullscreen=1&amp;autoplay=0&amp;loop=0\" type=\"application\/x-shockwave-flash\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\"><param name=\"allowfullscreen\" value=\"true\" \/><param name=\"allowscriptaccess\" value=\"always\" \/><param name=\"src\" value=\"http:\/\/vimeo.com\/moogaloop.swf?clip_id=28227046&amp;server=vimeo.com&amp;show_title=0&amp;show_byline=0&amp;show_portrait=0&amp;color=ff9933&amp;fullscreen=1&amp;autoplay=0&amp;loop=0\" \/><\/object><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Adknowledge announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Toronto&#8217;s AdParlor, a leading Facebook Ads management platform.
