It had more than one million mobile  downloads last year.<\/p>\n<p>The company&#8217;s games include Shake and Spell and Pet Hero.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;SocialDeck&#8217;s team and technology is a perfect addition  to our current team of engineers in Waterloo, to continue to  innovate in the social and mobile web,&#8221; said Google Canada spokeswoman  Wendy Rozeluk.<\/p>\n<p>Founded in 2008, SocialDeck <a href=\"http:\/\/www.techvibes.com\/blog\/startupcamp-toronto-2\/\">presented at StartupCamp Toronto<\/a> in April of that year.<\/p>\n<p>SocialDeck raised its first financing round from the  BlackBerry Partners Fund in March 2009.
