Zosh, an e-signature service, was also acquired. (Terms of the deals were not disclosed.)<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are excited to welcome Attassa and Zosh into the YouSendIt family,&#8221; said Ivan Koon, chief executive officer at YouSendIt. &#8220;These acquisitions open up exciting new market opportunities and deepened relationship with our existing customers. The technology and experience these two companies bring will accelerate our immediate and long-term growth.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Attassa is a Canadian startup founded in 2007 by three entrepreneurs. The startup, which allows for integration of web web apps into Outlook, began in Edmonton, where all three co-founders are from (although they&#8217;re now spread across North America from Toronto to San Fran).
