Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers is an annual award that recognizes companies that lead the nation in creating exceptional workplace experiences with forward-thinking culture, workspace, and career development opportunities. Employers are evaluated based on eight criteria: physical workplace; work and social atmosphere; health, financial, and family benefits; vacation and time off; employee communications; performance management; training and skills development; and, community involvement.<\/p>\n
