Have an Affair.&#8221; For years this was the cheeky slogan of Ashley Madison, a dating site targeting people who wanted to cheat on their spouses.<\/p>\n<p>But last year the Canadian-based dating site, owned by Avid Life Media, faced major backlash following a hack which <a href=\"https:\/\/borndigital.com\/2015\/09\/01\/ashley-madison-is-aliiiive-2015-09-01\" target=\"_blank\">exposed its shady business practices<\/a>.
