Grace was able to get plenty of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ctvbc.ctv.ca\/servlet\/an\/local\/CTVNews\/20090123\/BC_online_agent_090123\/20090124\/Flashpoint\">publicity<\/a>, both positive and negative, and is apparently close to selling the property that has been on the market for sixteen months.
