The $1.62 billion transaction, which includes Documentum, will add 2,000 employees to OpenText&#8217;s workforce.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCustomers are rethinking their enterprise platforms to better compete in the age of digital,&#8221; said OpenText CEO Mark J.
