With Hire,\u00a0businesses can post job listings,\u00a0track talent contact information and job applications, schedule and send interview\u00a0invites, and collect\u00a0candidate\u00a0feedback all in one place.<\/p>\n<p>The new tool\u00a0keeps candidates organized throughout the hiring process and lets businesses manage applications\u00a0along the way.\u00a0The app is available to companies already using G Suite \u2013 Google\u2019s cloud software platform \u2013 and integrates seamlessly with Gmail and Google Calendar.<\/p>\n<p>To ensure Hire was\u00a0intuitive and effective, Google said they worked with early adopter customers for more than a year and conducted hundreds of user-testing sessions.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-85957\" src=\"https:\/\/brainstation.io\/app\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Computer-phone.jpg\" alt=\"Computer-phone\" width=\"840\" height=\"506\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cHire\u2019s intuitive and simple UI makes it easy for recruiters, hiring managers or even interviewers to take an active part in the recruiting process,\u201d said Jessica Adams, vice president of Human Resources at Brad\u2019s Deals, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blog.google\/products\/g-suite\/google-introduces-hire-new-recruiting-app-integrates-g-suite\/\" target=\"_blank\">in a press release<\/a>.\u00a0\u201cThe app\u2019s integration with G Suite enables us to quickly access all candidate communications in one place, efficiently schedule interviews and collaborate to reach a hiring decision quickly.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Hire is currently only available to US-based businesses under 1,000 employees who use G Suite.
