Through the lens of Instacart’s personalization journey, we’ll explore how design can help shape AI in a way that feels human, at scale. This talk is for designers, product thinkers, and tech professionals who want to drive real impact through hyper-personalized experiences.

    Designing Long-Term Strategic Direction

    This session begins with a look at how design can move beyond short-term experimentation and into bold, visionary thinking. Eduardo will share how Instacart’s design team uses long-term North Stars and human-centered storytelling to align teams, inspire momentum, and guide innovation.

    Translating “Flying Cars” into Action

    Turning vision into execution requires clarity, focus, and the right framing. Eduardo will dive into how his team reframes problems to spark smarter solutions, using cognitive insights to their advantage.

    Making the Experience Feel Right

    The final segment focuses on scale, how to evolve a personalized product experience from one that works for a few to one that works for all. Eduardo will share how aligning product and machine learning roadmaps is key to turning vision into reality.
