No, you do not require a technical background to succeed in the Agile workshop. While many of our learners come from tech companies, Agile methodologies can be applied to a variety of work areas outside of software development.
There are no pre-requisites for this Agile workshop. Attendees would benefit from having some familiarity working in and alongside software projects, although this isn't a requirement.
