Earn your certificate by developing a digital marketing strategy for a brand of your choosing. Your strategy will cover tactical components across all areas covered in the course, from search marketing to social media.
What You'll Learn
By the first class, you will be laying the foundation of a brand strategy, with guiding principles and concepts ensuring you're selecting the right channels and messaging for your brand.
Learn the differences between Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and how these contribute to your overall strategy. You will then get hands-on experience setting up ads and campaigns through Google AdWords, and performing site audits to improve SEO.
Leverage both organic and paid channels to get your brand's message to your target demographic. Select the channels that will drive the most impact for your brand, and learn to draft messaging and select ad units that add value to your brand.
Understand how to re-engage your customers using email. Get feedback on email copy and know the rules and regulations that dictate what you send.
Understand how to set key performance indicators to track and monitor success. Then get hands-on experience with key tools, including Google Analytics, to better understand your marketing performance.
