TELUS Case Study

The BrainStation Enterprise team worked with TELUS leadership to develop a full-day Product Management workshop that focused on the fundamentals of Lean product development and Agile product management. The workshop covered topics and learning activities such as developing User Personas and User Stories to showcase a customer-centric view of requirements gathering and market research during all phases of product development.

At the conclusion of the workshop, the team applied their acquired knowledge to an interactive Scrum simulation to showcase scenarios that the teams may encounter during a Spring Cycle.
