What is the difference between this workshop on AI Agents, compared to a standard ChatGPT class?
A standard ChatGPT class focuses on prompt engineering for text generation. This workshop focuses on learning how agentic AI works, and explores building software that can actively use tools, execute multi-step workflows, and perform tasks autonomously. In this workshop, you will move beyond "chatting" with AI to learning how to construct an agent that can perform tasks like searching the web, organizing information, and executing code on your behalf.

What will I learn during this workshop?
You will explore the end-to-end process of creating an AI agent. You will develop familiarity with OpenAI's Agent Builder and learn core concepts including: Agent Architecture (how agents are designed), Orchestration (how agents plan tasks), Tool Use (how agents access and interact with other tools), and Memory Management (how agents retain context). By the end of the session, you will have designed a functional AI agent.
