At TD, Ethel leads initiatives to enhance usability and foster innovation across platforms while mentoring emerging designers. Previously, Ethel led research-driven projects in the education and retail sectors, developing user personas, conducting interviews, and facilitating usability testing. Her portfolio includes projects like microcredential programs, an online icebreaker game, and chatbot redesigns, all aimed at improving user engagement and experience.
