Mariama is an Analytics Manager at Cleo with over ten years of experience applying product analytics across consumer apps, fintech, and Big Tech. At Cleo, she leads strategic product analytics and experimentation, helping teams understand user behaviour and measure impact at scale. Her work has shaped how the company evaluates major product changes, including a full app rebrand and the creation of a design system measurement framework. She specialises in A/B experimentation, customer cohort analysis, and data-informed product decision making. Before Cleo, Mariama spent several years at Google, where she earned multiple promotions while working across marketing analytics and product inclusion initiatives. She has been recognised by the Black Tech Achievement Awards, Global Tech Advocates, and the Aspen Institute UK as a rising leader in technology. Mariama brings real-world product analytics experience into the classroom, helping learners build confidence in using data to influence product strategy and outcomes.
