Montreal’s GuestDriven Raises $3 Million Series A Round

This morning Montreal-based Hotelier SaaS platform GuestDriven announced a $3 million Series A round led by PlazaCorp, Real Ventures and Structure Capital.

GuestDriven helps hospitality brands build guest engagement, loyalty and drive advocacy through a Guest Relationship Management platform and a suite of integrated tools for targeting, campaigning and interacting with the guest at each and every stage of travel.

GuestDriven’s core product works by evaluating a hotel guest’s history, spending power, interests and social media activity and influence. It then allows a property to provide, via any device, relevant local tips, recommendations and on-site services and “perks”.

GuestDriven is currently deployed with 115 hotels and 35 cities around the world.
