Toronto’s IntelliResponse Acquired by [24]7 in All Cash Transaction

Toronto’s digital self-service technology provider IntelliResponse has been acquired by [24]7 for an undisclosed all cash sum.

IntelliResponse is the industry leader in virtual agent and self-service technology and has 160 customers and over 450 global deployments in financial services, telecommunications and utilities.

[24]7’s acquisition of IntelliResponse creates a company with a diverse and comprehensive suite of customer service solutions combining big data, user experience design and a customer engagement platform across a breadth of channels – virtual agent, web, chat, mobile, IVR, social and voice.

According to today’s announcement press release, today’s announcement comes at a “pivotal time in the rapidly shifting landscape of customer engagement.”
