Indicee is a cloud business intelligence platform for business users.

“Modernizing delivery is a core component of our strategy, and this acquisition is at the heart of it,” said , President, Chief Executive Officer and Director, D&B.

“We are uniquely positioned to help new and existing customers navigate an increasingly data-driven world, and this is a giant step forward in our commitment to make it easier to access our world-class data, analytics and insight. Indicee’s technology and talent are truly unmatched in the marketplace and we look forward to bringing this team of world-class innovators on board.”

Indicee’s Vancouver-based employees will join the global D&B team as part of the newly created Cloud Innovation Center.  Led by Indicee Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Mark Cunningham, the Center will leverage expertise in cloud-based technology to innovate new ways to deliver D&B’s proprietary data and analytics to anticipate the needs of an evolving business landscape.

“I could not be happier or more excited to be joining the D&B family. D&B is a market leader with fantastic people and a clear vision for delivering world-class business data and insight to decision makers. From our first conversation, it was obvious that the D&B team’s relentless focus on data quality, meaningful insight and anticipation of customer needs was perfectly aligned with our own. Their goal to make data access easier through modern delivery channels spoke to everything I love about cloud BI, and I knew we’d found a great fit,” Cunningham told friends of Indicee by email as the announcement broke.
