UX Educator, BrainStation - Product Designer, Connected Lab

Hilary Hayes is a UX Designer, Digital Product Designer and Educator who creates experiences that meet real, data-driven human needs.

She has created compelling, contextual currency trading experiences, shown banks how they can benefit from improving their customers' financial literacy, streamlined the service registration for a major Canadian communications company, and even worked with brainwaves and genetic code editing.

Hilary approaches UX holistically, it's not just about the digital interface. What physical technology is the user engaging with? Where are they? What will they do next? These are all key factors that must be researched and considered to create a truly functional and meaningful user-centered experience.
