Toronto’s Fixmo Acquired by Good Technology Which Brings Patent Infringement Lawsuit to Close

California-based secure mobility company Good Technology this week acquired Toronto’s Fixmo. Interestingly, the deal brings closure to a patent infringement lawsuit filed by Good Technology against Fixmo in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Fixmo was founded in 2009. It provides mobile data protection and cyber security solutions. The Canadian startup had raised well over $30 million in venture capital in the last few years.
