Vancouver’s Beverley Pomeroy a Finalist for The Stevie Awards

Business executive, mother and philanthropist, Beverley Claire Pomeroy, is putting Vancouver on the map offline for her work–online. She is a finalist at the 6th annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business. The international competition recognizes the accomplishments of outstanding women executives, business owners, and the organizations they run.

Pomeroy who is the founder and CEO of has been named as a finalist in the Best Canadian Entrepreneur Award category. was founded by Pomeroy to honour her daughter Sophia’s life. She was born with a life limiting illness and requires constant medical care and utilizes many resource facilities within her community. According to the site, having been on the receiving end of philanthropy, Beverley was inspired by those charitable organizations and felt it would be fitting to give back. offers services like online fundraising consultancy, prospecting and video production. A portion of Pinc Productions Inc. revenue goes towards the Pinc Foundation, a registered society in BC. Pinc Foundation helps to re-introduce benevolence into our communities here and abroad.
