Wealthsimple Overhauls Website, Unveils New Service
Toronto’s Wealthsimple, an online investment service, has launched a new pricing structure “to better meet the needs of all investors.”
Wealthsimple Black “provides investors with premium services,” the company says, including personalized financial planning, tax-loss harvesting, tax-efficient accounts and VIP Priority Pass access to over a thousand airline lounges around the world. It is available to clients with $100,000 or more invested.
“At Wealthsimple, we’re constantly evolving to meet the needs of our clients, and as their savings grow we’re growing with them,” said Michael Katchen, founder of Wealthsimple. “Our mission is to provide the best service and financial advice to all investors, no matter how far along they are toward reaching their financial goals.”
Wealthsimple Basic continues to provide investors with simple, low-cost investing to help them meet their financial goals.
The new pricing structure is part of a complete website redesign, designed to make investing with Wealthsimple more straightforward, transparent and intuitive, according to the company.
Wealthsimple won a Webby Award in 2016 for best financial services website.
