The Experience

The full-time UX Design program offers a learning experience unlike any other. The content is rigorous and moves at a quick pace, while the environment is fun, collaborative and supportive. Every day is different, introducing you to the latest cutting-edge technologies used by industry professionals in the real-world.

At the end of the 10 weeks, you’ll have acquired the skills needed to launch your career in tech, as well as the ability to continue your learning journey outside of the classroom. Our goal is to empower you to be a lifelong learner that can adapt to changing technologies.

The Environment

You’ll love coming to class every day in our beautiful brick and beam campus located in the heart of downtown Toronto in the King West neighbourhood. Fuel up for the day with a coffee from Quantum, our campus café, and enjoy working on your projects in our state-of-the-art classroom. Take a mid-afternoon break and visit our fully stocked kitchen and unwind in the student lounge.

As a full-time student, you’ll gain access to a host of networking and further learning opportunities with BrainStation’s evening events and workshops, from Panel Discussions to Fireside Chats with industry leaders. These events are an awesome opportunity to network with the local tech and startup community.

How You'll Learn


You will spend the majority of your learning experience inside the classroom, with an emphasis on hands-on project work to help you solidify the concepts you’ll be learning each day. You’ll be expected to be learning on your own time outside of classroom hours too. This will allow you to maximize your time with the Educators, asking questions and diving into project work.

The full-time UX Design curriculum is constantly updated based on what is being used by industry professionals, so you'll graduate with the skills needed to design with cutting-edge tools and resources.

Admissions Process

BrainStation selects only committed individuals who will thrive in our fast-paced, collaborative program. Throughout the application process, you will be challenged to learn new concepts through self-guided assessments and critically assess your readiness through an interview with our Success Team. To begin your application, please request a Course Information Package on the course page and complete the short online application to get in touch with our Admissions team. The Course Information Package will outline next stages in applying for the program.
