Mike Reid has over a decade of experience working with international brands, small businesses and entrepreneurs. He builds solid strategies and creates compelling content to help brands elevate their position and clearly communicate their message across multiple platforms.
Currently Mike works at Shopify Plus. As a Merchant Success Manager he provides businesses with guidance on the best eCommerce practices, knowledge of industry trends, API support, ERP integration assistance, advice on social commerce strategies, insight into analytics and SEO, conduct site audits, and much more.
Kyle Treleaven is BrainStation Vancouver's General Manager. With over 10 years of startup industry experience, focused in growing online communities and eCommernce, he’s motivated by creating a collaborative and innovative space where lifelong learners can level up their digital skills.
Justin Bones began his career in digital marketing working at multiple agencies between Berlin, New York, and Vancouver. He successfully built out the first digital paid advertising team at lululemon athletica, scaling programs and channels from early stages to establishing a global billion dollar business.
Justin now finds himself at Herschel Supply Co. as the Head of Online leading the eCommerce, digital marketing, web experience, and customer service teams. His passion lies in building holistic digital strategies that support the sensitivities of retaining and building brand equity, while driving financial and business growth targets—no simple task in today’s digital landscape.
Linda Bustos is an ecommerce strategist and the founder of Edgacent Ecommerce Advisors. She's worked with some of the world’s largest brands on strategy and conversion optimization, including Google, Intuit, SAS, Fandango, The Tile Shop, GORUCK and Sony. Prior to founding Edgacent, Linda wrote the GetElastic Ecommerce Blog with Vancouver-based Elastic Path Software, and is currently writing the blog and book Ecommerce Illustrated. Alex Chu has developed growth strategies for eCommerce retailers across several industries including consumer electronics, fashion, home furnishings and outdoor gear. She has proven success helping to launch new eCommerce ventures, marketing and growing new product categories and developing methods to gather valuable customer insights. In her current role at MEC she leads web merchandising and digital product strategy.
