    As a Senior Product Designer at Isomorphic Labs, Zihe is defining the design culture and user experience for the next era of AI-first drug discovery. Drawing on her experience at Google, Bloomberg, and early-stage startups, Zihe specialises in turning abstract technical capabilities into intuitive and simple designs. Driven by using leading-edge technology to benefit humanity, currently she is focused on bridging the gap between AI and scientific experimentation, visualizing high-dimensional chemical and biological data to make powerful models accessible to scientists.

    Founding Designer

    Michelle is the founding designer at Gradient Labs, building AI support agents for financial services. She's shaped the company's brand and GTM positioning while designing a product that lets customers instruct their AI agent through an intuitive experience that focuses on building confidence and a sense of control. She's an experienced designer who loves taking products and brands from 0 to 1, and beyond. She has experience across the entire product lifecycle – from early discovery validating product-market fit, all the way to maturity and continuous growth in industries like climate tech and support platforms. She loves crafting products, gets her energy from talking to users, and is constantly experimenting with new AI tools.
