An Irish designer and engineer, he focuses on building cohesive, high-quality experiences that bridge design and technology, helping shape how AI products are experienced and understood.
Patricia Fragoso

Senior Director, Experience Services

Patricia Fragoso is a technology and experience leader with over 15 years of experience helping large organisations transform how they work and serve their customers. She’s currently a Senior Director at Salesforce, where she leads experience design, conversation design and change teams across EMEA and works closely with clients across a range of industries. Previously, Patricia held senior roles at Google and the BBC, building and reshaping large UX and product organisations. She’s a regular speaker on design, leadership, and change, and is known for her practical, people-first approach to driving meaningful transformation.
